Refund policy

Due to the hygienic nature & custom fitting of our press-on nails, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed.

Exceptions

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

    •    Your order number

    •    Clear photos of the issue

Approved issues will be resolved with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Products are cosmetic only. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Results may vary based on natural nail condition, application, and lifestyle.

 

Cuticle Oil Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal-care nature of our cuticle oils, opened or used cuticle oil products are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene and sanitation reasons.

Unopened Products

Unopened and unused cuticle oils may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must remain in their original condition with all seals and packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error by Divine Touch Press-On Nail Art Studio.

Damaged, Leaking, or Defective Products

If your cuticle oil arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we may issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Divine Touch will correct the order at no additional cost.

Opened Products / Change of Mind

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for cuticle oils that have been opened or used, including returns based on scent preference, texture preference, or change of mind.

Skin Sensitivities or Reactions

Please discontinue use immediately if irritation or sensitivity occurs. Because individual sensitivities and allergies vary, reactions do not automatically qualify for a refund. However, we encourage you to contact us so we can review the situation and assist where appropriate.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an error by Divine Touch Press-On Nail Art Studio.

Divine Touch Press-On Nail Art Studio reserves the right to review refund and replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.
