Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated.

Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on design complexity.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Time

Shipping time is separate from processing time and is calculated at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, Divine Touch Press-On Nail Art Studio is not responsible for carrier delays.

 

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
